noisy breakfast overcrowded pool
i didn't like the breakfast. it was too crowded and noisy. the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the food wasn't great. also, the pool was always full of kids. i wanted to relax, but there was never any peace.

Great Stay at a Tropical Hotel
large pools direct access attentive staff
I liked the large pools and access to the beach. Staff were very attentive. The shuttle service ran without delays, and it got me to the higher rooms quick. The Christmas party had excellent food. I really appreciated the efforts of the team.

i stayed in the sunset pool villa. the infinity pool featured three distinct sections. i found a private restaurant with palatable food even if cheaper options were available off-site.
the hotel is on a hillside, so it required ascending steep slopes.

gorgeous architecture good breakfast wonderful beach
My family had a very nice time. The hotel features gorgeous architecture. The breakfast included many choices that were good. The location provided access to a wonderful beach that everyone enjoyed.
The reception staff could have been more proactive during check-in, particularly about the baby cot.

The poolman, Mr Mee, was always smiling and polite and he knew our names. His hospitality, so we had him as our waiter for a private dinner. I loved the warm welcome.

The room has a high standard and the daily cleaning was good. The Baan Warin suite features very good equipment. The bed felt comfortable.

comfortable linens daily towels garden view clean room
I stayed in a tropical room. The room included a balcony overlooking the gardens. The bed linens felt very comfortable and clean. Staff provided fresh towels daily.
The resort prices for massages are higher than those available outside the hotel.

Staff was quick to respond to requests (especially for extra water). Hotel personnel managed the pool bar.

attentive staff sparkling pool tropical fruit
The breakfast offered fresh tropical fruit, an egg station, and crispy bacon. staff remained attentive, quickly clearing tables and refilling food. the main ozone pool was clean with a gorgeous view. Our children enjoyed the slide.
i found some aspects of the hilltop location slightly inconvenient. calling for a buggy each time was sometimes necessary.
